iPhone 4 AppleCare Advanced Replacement
In this video, I go over the AppleCare Advanced Replacement process, specifically the box you receive with the replacement phone. The entire process takes 1-2 days. The phone is shipped via FedEx overnight priority. Mine took a little longer because I requested it on a weekend. If you have any questions regarding the process, feel free to comment. Sorry for the blur at the beginning. I didn’t realize my address was showing clearly on the front until after I shot the video. I can post a high res shot of the box as a still image, if requested. i didn’t know they could send you the replacement before you sent your broken iphone, anyway i’ll have been 1 week without my iphone, i can’t to get my new iphone on monday
If you don’t send the old one back they charge you $600.00-$800.00
I am having an advanced replacement with my ipad. I wont have to pack it up and give them anything at the door will I? Because I wont be there when they knock on the door, but my room mate will.

@jhonsebastiantv check your serial number if its 5k that means its refurbished and if its a 8 that means it new i got a 5k and my camera has a huge gigantic blue and green circle in the middle check if the home button is wiggly and volume amd more stuff like that
What if you dont send the iphone back?

why if you just bought an iphone w/o warranty and after 2 months you discovered a damaged on it., is apple will give you a new one?
is this new or used the replacement?

The only problem i have now is how to not give up on hundreds of question that the apple staff going to ask >_< Last time i call them, they won’t stop asking questions so I ended the call!!

@jhonsebastiantv That has nothing to do with it. It is just random whether or not you get a refurb or new. Most likely now they will be refurbished models.
@nicroth1 Very very last question?? Just to make sure.. If i have applcare thingy then i can have a new phone? RIght? but if i have warranty i will have a refurbished?

@jhonsebastiantv They will probably be a refurb, but that isn’t to worry. Refurbs have good quality. The warranty/AppleCare transfers to the new device.
@nicroth1 is the replacement refuurb or brand new? And what if it broke again, am i going to be able to get another replacement?

@jhonsebastiantv There is a difference. If you haven’t purchased AppleCare, then it costs. Otherwise, it is included with the AppleCare. If you don’t want to pay and don’t have AppleCare, then you can only do the standard replacement method.
