Google tv is junk roku is the only device that comes close to apple tv as far as quality. I have an xbox 360 and wd hd live media player, xbox is terrible for streaming torrents. Wd hd is a must have!!
@REDONI7 Is your mac or pc connected to ur tv? ie video output ? Can your Xbox or PS3 be jailbroken and have XBMC installed? (the new Xbox 360S can’t btw)…
u can jailbreak this … install XBMC… install the icefilms plugin and bam u get free movies + tv shows .

This device makes a lot of sense if your main computer is far and you want to watch or listen to stuff on bigger screen and better stereo. It lets you stream your stuff right from your iPhone iPad iPod touch without using the main computer too. Plus everything the guy mentioned – pretty sleek!
Was skeptical but turned out to love this device
@REDONI7 It’s meant to streamline the experience. If you have an XBOX or PS3, this would be pointless… but if you would like to have a dedicated product for streaming Netflix or renting media this would be perfect.
Example; in my living room there is no game system or PC near. It’s cumbersome to have to go grab the laptop, the laptop charger, and HDMI cords just to stream Netflix.
For me it is…. it’s nice just to plop down on the couch and have it ready to go whenever. No hassle. Simple.

@micr0514 If your using google DNS that’s your problem. look it up. Google slows it down for some reason.
